Created to comply with Councils that impose a 1-bedroom / 50m2 restriction on granny flats, our “50m2 or Less” range feature inviting and aesthetically pleasing designs that combine simple and functional internal layouts with a creative use of space and plenty of detailing to improve user comfort and the feeling of spaciousness.
New to 2021, these designs typically incorporate a large bedroom with built-n-robe and an adjoining bathroom, making an ideal private bedroom quarter. The open plan living area includes a custom-designed kitchen and opens-out to a full-width outdoor living area for better use of the available indoor/outdoor space. Use the sliding screen doors in the living area to divide this space and create an additional room.
An optional wraparound verandah gives maximum appeal to this design.
