We have a great range of granny flat designs to choose from, all of them are Architect-designed, pre-priced and ready to build.

Choose the design you like, then our in-house Architect will customise it to suit your needs, site and budget.

Our customisation process considers your specific lifestyle as well as the surrounding site and environmental conditions to ensure you’re getting the best use of your home and site.

Bespoke Designs

Granny and Co’s bespoke service is a standard feature of our new home builds and house extensions and is available upon request for granny flats. We offer a great design-and-build service thanks to the collaboration of our crew which includes Architects, Builders and Master Trades who have been serving southeast Queensland and northern New South Wales for many years. They have extensive experience in designing and building new homes and major house extensions that suit local conditions.
