THE POD 2

The Pod2 is a two bedroom solution that expands on the simplicity of the Pod. Built with all the features needed for independent living the interior layout is quite simple like the Pod but with bedrooms on both sides of the central living area, a bit like the Urban. The use of mixed building materials and simple geometry create a modern and inviting look that will suit most yards.

Strategically placed windows and a large stacker door provide plenty of natural light and cross-ventilation through the living area. Gentle raked ceilings, square-set cornices and soft bullnose wall corners plus timber or vinyl flooring and custom-designed cabinetry / built-in storage areas (including the kitchen) add to the sophisticated feel.

For a budget solution the Pod2 can be built with a sandwich panel roof and industry-standard external wall cladding.
