An open-plan Living Area located at the front features a clever, compact Kitchen / Dining area. The interior boasts 2700mm high ceilings to give a more spacious feel.

REAMPED!
The Premier has been a popular design that has been built in many different shapes, sizes and forms (typically ranging from 60-80m2). When customising this particular design for our clients we became aware that most changes related to the layout of the living area and the position of the deck. Taking this feedback onboard we’ve created a new version – the Premier ReAmped – with an improved living area, kitchen and deck. At 75m2 it’s slightly larger than the original but the extra space allows for some luxuries including a full-size kitchen, extra storage and a massive living area that opens out onto an equally-large wraparound deck / alfresco area.
We feel these features make it perfect for professionals who like to entertain and small families who need some separation of space in their home. Better yet, you can make it more perfect by customising it to suit your needs.

- 2 spacious bedrooms with built-in robes (these rooms will comfortably fit a queen-size bed).

- Quality powder-coated windows. Careful placement of windows and doors throughout ensures good natural light and cross-ventilation which is vital for a healthy home.
- Gas or electric hot water unit. Option to upgrade to solar or heat pump.
