THE SUBURBAN

New to 2021, the Suburban is a large 2-bedroom granny flat with an outdoor living area that wraps around the central living area, creating a smooth indoor/outdoor transition and encouraging greater use of the outdoor space. The bedrooms are sized for king or queen beds and are separated by strategically-placed built-in-robes for greater privacy.

This is another one of our many standard designs that feature a full-sized kitchen and an abundance of storage. As with all of our designs the kitchen and storage areas (including wardrobes) are customised to suit your needs. A wraparound breakfast bar allows the kitchen bench to double as a dining area but when larger groups come to visit we encourage outdoor dining.

The Suburban features an innovative bathroom layout providing you with a separate toilet which is highly desirable but rarely seen in granny flat designs. A laundry facility and full-length cupboard have been integrated into this area.

This is a solid and stately-looking small home that feels spacious and inviting. It’s ideal for those who are seeking comfortable, independent living, including retirees looking to downsize, working professionals and small families.
