Our passion for modern and inviting small home solutions began in 2002 when we designed and built our first granny flat for an extended family member who wanted to live and stay connected with the family group. Since then we’ve developed an extensive range of stylish and contemporary granny flats that suit most budgets and are built to a high standard. However, our solutions are not just for Granny, they extend through to renovations and major house extensions including second storey additions and house raising, plus dual occupancy developments (2 houses or a house + granny flat) that will help to optimise your property and improve its value and your potential rental return. We offer a professional, personalised service for all clients, customising each design to ensure they suit your needs, budget and site.
